Business situation
Qitt entered a crowded Q&A category with a bigger ambition than simply publishing questions and answers: it wanted expertise to feel more credible, useful and rewarding.
What was holding it back
The category was dominated by anonymous contributions, weak trust signals, advertising clutter and inconsistent information quality. The business problem was therefore not only interface design; it was how to build trust, expertise and a differentiated reason to participate.
Transformation
Upsense used user research, proposition thinking and product design to restructure the experience around verified professional insights, expertise tagging, cleaner information architecture and a distraction-free interface.
What changed
The work created a clearer product proposition and a stronger foundation for a knowledge platform where authority, relevance and trust could become part of the product itself.
The nextintelligent layer.
The next intelligent layer is a trusted knowledge system: semantic search, duplicate-question detection, expert routing, answer-quality assistance and AI-generated synthesis that always preserves the human authority and sources behind the answer.
