Business situation
WorkWave had a functional HRM product, but the user experience was becoming a barrier to adoption and growth.
What was holding it back
A dated interface, responsiveness problems, low engagement and complicated workflows increased friction for everyday HR tasks and contributed to customer dissatisfaction.
Transformation
Upsense used research, personas, UX mapping and a redesigned system to simplify navigation, modernise the interface and organise the HRM experience around clearer task flows.
What changed
The transformation created a stronger enterprise product foundation designed to improve usability, engagement and the day-to-day experience of managing HR work.
The nextintelligent layer.
HRM is now a natural AI-transformation layer: policy Q&A, onboarding assistance, employee-record summaries, recruitment workflow support, document drafting, anomaly detection and management insights can be added carefully on top of clear permissions and structured HR workflows.
The work as itwas delivered.
